A Bit About Our Turn-key Process

We work hard to provide investors with the best turn-key rental properties in Birmingham.  Our process is simple:

  1. We list our turn-key rentals online and send them to our preferred buyers list via e-mail
  2. Once a buyer is selected, we send a purchase and sale agreement via DocuSign
  3. Once signed by the buyer and after the $2,000 deposit has been received by the attorney’s office, the title agent will run title and schedule the closing for in-person or remote closing.
  4. We help transition property management from us to the buyer.
